Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were expensive and not worth the price paid, very much out-dated, and in urgent need of renovation due to the vast number of rooms they have. The service, although friendly and helpful, at times seemed overworked. The location was excellent but lacked shade and had noise issues. The dining experience was good, but with some limitations. The facilities were basic and functional.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are well set out, despite showing signs of wear and tear and needing updates. While the accommodation is quite basic, its location at the tail of the hotel provides a quiet atmosphere. However, the room rates are on the higher side compared to the standard of the rooms.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, with friendly and helpful staff, but the dining options could be improved. The location is excellent for exploring Kakadu, although there are some maintenance issues. Overall, a nice stay with good value for the price.
The hotel is conveniently located in Jabiru, making it a great base for exploring Kakadu National Park. The rooms are unremarkable, and some issues with dampness and mold were present, which impacted the overall experience. The service was fantastic, especially from the Food & Beverage team, although there were minor lapses in attention to detail. The location offers easy access to tours in the area but could be tidier. The dining experience was a mix of freshly cooked dishes and limited buffet options. The facilities are adequate, but improvements could enhance the guest experience.
The hotel offers excellent service, especially in the restaurant, despite slightly dated rooms that lack soundproofing. The rooms were a good size, clean, with effective air conditioning, although they were not serviced between nights.
The hotel is situated in a remote location, providing relief from the sun overhead in a unique crocodile-shaped building. The permanent indigenous artwork exhibition and friendly staff add to the charm, but the standard of amenities must be appreciated given its setting. The dining experience offers good food options, although the buffet selection can be limited.
